Letter to the Editor

Dear MTV,

You can shove your "Sweet Sixteen," overglorified youth, sicky sweet snobby trash up your celebutante-making machine ass. I am appalled and horrified and appalled and horrified (and appalled and horrified!!!) at the ridiculousness of teenagers that drop $100k on a stupid fucking party for their stupid fucking 16th birthday. What's worse is that these little children are replicas of their spoiled parents, their mothers fawning over every fucking stupid horse-driven carriage detail. Some bitch flew in on a helicopter! These other two twats tried on Carolina Herrera gowns for a party at the Hard Rock in La Jolla! I guess we could take solace in the fact that being grounded is more important, more rewarding, but let's face it. These girls are going to grow up, be wealthy, and spawn little Satans not unlike themselves. They actually say things like, "I need to marry wealthy." Good CHRIST. This is America - a spoiled, gluttonous, pigged-out society that can make anyone famous for nothing, take any medication for anything, and make a buck off the further suppression of successful, smart women. Why ask why? Try Bud Dry.

I hate you MTV,
Colleen
